Users may request deletion of information associated with their interactions with Artist Nano Creates and Nanobot.
Send an email to REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_EMAIL@example.com with the subject Artist Nano Creates Data Deletion Request.
Please include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant interaction, such as your Instagram username, a description of the interaction or comment, and a link to the relevant Artist Nano Creates Instagram post if available.
Do not send your Instagram password, access token, or other login credentials.
After receiving and verifying a valid request, we will identify applicable information maintained by Artist Nano Creates and delete information that we are required or able to delete from our systems.
Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other legitimate obligations.
Deleting information maintained by Artist Nano Creates does not necessarily delete information separately maintained by Instagram, Meta, or other third-party services.
Requests will be handled within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable requirements.
