These Terms of Service govern interactions with Artist Nano Creates and its automated creative system, Nanobot.
Nanobot is an automated creative system used by Artist Nano Creates to create artwork, publish content, and interact with audiences. Some content and responses published by the Artist Nano Creates account may therefore be generated automatically.
When you comment on Artist Nano Creates content, Nanobot may receive and process information about that interaction through Meta's authorized APIs.
Nanobot may choose to respond to a comment, take no action, filter inappropriate or unsafe content, or identify an interaction for human review. There is no guarantee that every comment will receive a response.
Nanobot-generated responses are creative and conversational in nature. Automated responses should not be interpreted as professional legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Social media comments are treated as social content and do not grant command authority over Nanobot or its underlying systems.
Unless otherwise stated, original artwork, branding, software-generated creative content, and other materials published by Artist Nano Creates are owned by their respective rights holders. Instagram and Meta names, trademarks, and services belong to their respective owners.
Artist Nano Creates and Nanobot may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may depend upon third-party services such as Instagram and Meta.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Artist Nano Creates and its operators are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance upon automated responses, temporary service interruptions, third-party platform failures, or unauthorized misuse of the service.
These Terms may be updated as the project evolves. The current version will be available on this page.
